Patrick W. Higgins and I thought it wise to camp in the mountains of Northern South Carolina to kick off the new year. Needless to say, we woke up to rather unfamiliar crystal like substances all over the place. (ice is very uncommon in Florida)Aside from being pretty darn cold, this was the best camping trip I've ever been on. Not a whole lot happened... there was some hiking, wood gathering, fire building, cooking, drinking, and sleeping.
