So, I have been traveling around quite a bit, and for the most part... It's awesome. Not going anywhere for the last few years was really starting to get to me, but now I have been constantly on the move. Being away from home has really helped me to appreciate the little things that are so often taken for granted, things like: my own bed every night, home cooked meals, my cat Steve, and more than anything Caroline and everything about her.

I think that it is way too easy to fall into a routine of the same things and same people that I often forget how important it is to get out and meet new people. It almost seems that it takes a little more effort not to meet people when on the road than to meet new ones. Take for instance, sitting next to someone on an airplane. I have experienced some awesome conversations over the past few months with people whose names I never even learned. I know that not knowing someone's name may seem a little impersonal, but at the same time, isn't it a little mysterious?

But for now, I'm going back to St. Augustine to enjoy life, work hard and love the people around me.
